Our first demo & dine!

August 21, 2019

We've been dreaming of so many things since we started making plans for the deli and our demo & dines are one of those big ones! We're delighted to let you know then that we'll be closing the summer (and hoping the weather will be kind) with a demo & dine - preparing food on the grill.

Mezze owners Dvir and Nicola will take you through some of their favourite recipes that can be prepared on your barbeque or indoor grill /oven as well as some the best foods to accompany them. This one for a change won't be vegetarian - demos for this will come soon.

Start the evening with a complimentary cocktail (outdoors if we have the weather) and then relax and enjoy a cookery demonstration of kebabs, salads, dips & breads. Once the demo is done and you've worked up an appetite, sit and enjoy a Middle Eastern 3-course meal of sharing plates followed by Turkish coffee or mint tea. The Mezze team will cook with local and seasonal produce mixed with Middle Eastern spices & flavours for a Middle Eastern feast. They will demonstrate and explain how each course is prepared, discuss Middle Eastern food & traditions as well as the best ingredients to use (many found in our deli of course!)

Our guests will get a recipe pack to take home too.

You will leave with a deeper understanding of Middle Eastern cuisine, how to prepare it and most importantly, a full belly.

Included in the evening:

- complimentary cocktail

- 45 minute demo

- 3 course meal of sharing plates

- tea & coffee
