Recipe: Beef kebabs
These Middle Eastern meatballs are a great one for barbeques. In our house we can’t have a barbeque without them! They are great with some Middle Eastern inspired salads, pita bread and tahini sauce.
500g minced beef
1 onion, chopped
20g fresh parsley, chopped
100g pine nuts
½ tsp baharat spice mix

Serve with tahini sauce, pita bread and grilled vegetables/salad.
