Our lavosh flatbreads are a new product to the market; Irish-made lavosh flatbreads with unique flavours (za'atar, seaweed and spelt & seed) inspired by The Middle East & Ireland. These are high quality flatbreads made with Irish extra virgin rapeseed oil, sea salt, and unbleached & wholemeal flours. They are great on their own or to have with for cheese boards or mezze platters.
This week of lavosh flatbreads will be making there way around the country to some of the loveliest shops in Ireland. We can't wait to see them on the shelves. I started making these flatbreads 2 years ago as we couldn't find something in the supermarkets that worked well with our dips. We soon found out that people really like them, so we expanded the range, worked on the design of our beautiful boxes, found a bakery to replicate our recipes and a company to distribute.
It's a long journey to get a product to the shelf and we're so excited that the day has finally come!
